Kaombo Offshore Project

Multiconsult is performing the detail design of the Subsea foundations for the Kaombo-Offshore Project situated outside the coast of Angola.

This is one of the largest ever contracts for delivery of subsea production equipment. The Kaombo-project has a production capacity of 230.000 barrels/day of oil, and the reserves are estimated to 650 mill barrels.

This is for us a hug and challenging project which we accordingly are very proud of becoming a part of. Multiconsult represents one of the top notch geotechnical competences in Norway and our solid experience from similar subsea installations outside the coast of West Africa have been gathered together with our partners Aker Solutions, GE Oil & Gas and OneSubsea.
